Sezi Erdin is an international trade attorney at Trade Pacific, where she represents clients in antidumping (AD), countervailing duty (CVD), and circumvention proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, United States International Trade Commission (ITC), and the United States Court of International Trade (CIT). Additionally, Sezi advises clients on matters regarding U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Sezi has worked on various cases regarding different industries including but not limited to steel, quartz, solar, and seafood from different countries including but not limited to Turkey, China, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Republic of Korea. Sezi was also selected as a fellow at the Institute of International Economic Law (IIEL) at Georgetown focusing on international trade policy.
Prior to Joining Trade Pacific
Sezi was a judicial intern at the Court of International Trade. During law school, Sezi also represented children without lawyers before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) pro bono.
