Adelia Kim joined Trade Pacific PLLC as a law clerk in May 2023. Her prior experiences include working as a summer associate at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt in Portland, Oregon; working as a law clerk at US Telecom in Washington, D.C., with Policy & Advocacy and Cybersecurity teams; and working as a legal intern at Commissioner Starks’s Office at the Federal Communications Commission.
Adelia graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 2024. During law school, Adelia competed in the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition (WTO Moot Court), served as a senior editor of Administrative Law Review, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Padideh Ala’i and Professor Björn Arp.
Prior to law school, Adelia worked as a marketing consultant at Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) in New York City, then at the Head Office of KOTRA as a trade policy researcher and Assistant Operations Manager. Adelia is a native speaker of English and Korean and speaks Spanish fluently.
