Lee Lynch is a trade consultant with specialized experience advising foreign and U.S. companies on antidumping cases involving various countries and industries. Lee has worked on antidumping cases involving the United States, the European Union, Mexico, and South Africa. In addition, she has experience with various manufactured goods and products including softwood lumber, steel products, plastic bags, antifriction ball bearings, cement, rubber thread, beef, and shrimp. With her strong foundation in accounting and extensive knowledge of SAS computer programming, She manages clients’ financial data, provides pricing analyses, and estimates antidumping duty liabilities in accordance to each country’s federal law and antidumping regulations. She also performs audits for clients in anticipation of possible complaints from competitors.

Prior to Joining Trade Pacific

Lee was the Director of Economic Analysis for the International Trade Practice of White & Case LLP from 1996 through 2017.  Prior to joining White & Case, Lee was a Research Assistant for Arthur Andersen, specializing in transfer pricing analysis.
